State Government

The State Government is too big. Fraud, waste, and abuse of the taxpayer’s money is hitting the unimaginable mark of 40% of the state’s budget.  If you ever hear “I’m from the state government and I’m here to help”  you better run like the wind.  State government has proven its incompetence regarding best practices to serve communities or individuals of the state. It does, however, excel in its ability to materialize the positive illusion that they are doing good. That’s it, nothing more.

This is because 80% of the individuals elected to State Government positions and 90% of state employees are not interested in doing the right thing and working hard for the people of Colorado; they are  interested in collecting a paycheck.  The Lopez Administration will clean the swamp within the State Government.
